Bahan Membuat Banana cheese cake
- Bahan A.
 - 125 margarine mix butter.
 - 80 GR palm sugar.
 - 1/2 sdt vanilli cair.
 - 1/2 sdt sp.
 - 2 btr telor utuh.
 - Bahan B.
 - 175 GR tepung terigu middle pro.
 - 1/2 sdt bubuk spekoek.
 - 1/4 sdt bp.
 - 200 GR pisang (me : sunpride : 2 bh).
 - 30 GR keju Cheddar parut.
 - Topping.
 - 1 bh pisang potong tipis2.
 
Langkah Memasak Banana cheese cake
- Potong2 pisang, haluskan dengan garpu.
 - Ayak tepung, bubuk spekoek dan bp, sisihkan.
 - Mixer margarine mix, palm sugar, sp, kocok dgn high speed selama 5 menit, lalu masukkan telor satu persatu selama7 menit /sampai menggembang.
 - Turunkan speed, masukkan terigu dkk yang sudah di ayak, lalu masukkan pisang yang sudah di haluskan, keju, mixer sampai rata, matiikan.
 - .
 - Tuang dlm loyang yg sudah di oles margarine dan di alami kertas roti, hentakkan loyang, lalu beri topping pisang slice.
 - Panggang dlm suhu 170°, selama 55-60 menit, 15 menit terakhir, gunakan api atas bawah, angkat dan sajikan.
