Cendol has been declared a Malaysian heritage food by the Malaysian Department of National Heritage. Cendol is type of traditional dessert often served in Malaysia,Indonesia and parts of Singapore, Thailand and Burma. It consists of small green jelly-like noodles sweetened with palm.
Bahan Membuat Cendol
- ~ cendol :.
- 1 bungkus hunkwe.
- 3 sdm tepung beras.
- secukupnya pasta pandan.
- sedikit garam.
- 450 ml air.
- ~ kuah cendol.
- 250 gr gula merah.
- 2 sdm gula pasir.
- 1 lembar daun pandan.
- 500 ml air.
- 700 ml santan.
- (dari kelapa parut, peras dengan 700 ml air mateng).
- secukupnya es batu.
Langkah Memasak Cendol
- Campur semua bahan cendol, masak hingga mengental...siapkan air es di wadah lain, lalu cetak adonan cendol, sambil di tekan2 biar jatuh ke air es...
- Kuah cendol.. rebus gula merah, daun pandan dan gula pasir hingga mendidih dan air agak surut, angkat sisihkan...
- Penyajian : siapkan gelas, ambil cendol dan secukupnya kuah gula, terakhir tuangkan santan,,,dan es batu.
- Siap dinikmati, seger...seger.....
