Bahan Membuat Gluten free pie brownies
- Pie crust.
- 250 gr tepung gluten free all purpose.
- 150 gr butter.
- 30 gr gula aren sisir.
- 1 butir telur.
- Cake.
- 4 butir telur.
- 150 gr gula aren, sisir (blh ditambah atau dikurangi).
- 50 ml air + 15 gr fibercreme.
- 50 gr tepung gluten free all purpose.
- 100 gr tepung beras.
- 30 gr fibercreme.
- 30 gr cocoa powder.
- bahan campuran.
- 2 buah pisang kepok, lumatkan (boleh pakai DCC, chocochip, kismis dll).
Langkah Memasak Gluten free pie brownies
- Pie crust : mixer butter dan gula, masukan telur lalu mixer sebentar. Masukan tepung aduk hingga tidak lengket ditangan lalu masukan ke kulkas.
- Adonan cake : mixer gula dan telur selama 8 menitan, masukan larutan fibercreme, mixer sebentar hingga rata.
- Masukan sisa bahan cake lalu aduk hingga rata..
- Masukan bahan campuran (optional), kl sy kasih pisang dan DCC potong2.
- Keluarkan adonan pie dari kulkas lalu cetak dalam cetakan pie yang sdh diolesi minyak / butter.
- Tuang adonan cake diatas pie crust.
- Oven hingga matang (sy pakai ontang sekitar 40 menit).
