- Kocok campuran butter dan mentega hingga mengembang pucat. Lalu masukkan gula halus kocok kurang lebih 20 menit.
- Masukkan kuning telur satu per satu.
- Masukkan tepung dan susu bubuk. Aduk rata.
- Di tempat terpisah kocok putih telur hingga soft peak.
- Aduk 2 adonan menjadi satu dalam 3 tahapan dengan teknik aduk balik hingga tercampur rata.
- Bagi adonan menjadi 2. Yang 1 dicampur dengan vanila dan yang 1 dengan bubuk dan pasta coklat.
- Tuang selang seling ke dalam loyang tulban.
- Oven 175 derajat selama 50-55 menit. Lakukan tes tusuk.
- Hias sesuai kreatifitas.
