- 3 buah wortel ukuran kecil.
- 3 buah buncis.
- 1/2 sdm garam.
- 1 sdt merica bubuk.
- 4 siung bawang putih.
- 2 siung bawang merah.
- 1 genggam peterseli (cincang kasar).
- 1 butir telur.
Langkah Memasak Patty Burger Homemade
- Haluskan daging ayam (me: pakai Cooper).
- Haluskan bawang putih & bawang merah.
- Cincang kasar wortel dan buncis (Me: pakai Cooper).
- Campur semua bahan, aduk rata, bentuk bulat kemudian pipihkan, ukuran sesuai selera.

These burgers taste best when made with beef that has a high fat-to-lean ratio. The higher percentage of fat helps keep the burgers moist, and gives them a better flavor. A lot of the fat will render off during cooking, so don't worry. I take my burger patty recipe very seriously.
