We keep papaya on our sailboat because it takes a while to ripen up. Kali ini Duo Mania membuat Resep Es Pepaya Squash yang seger abis yang pastinya cocok banget buat buka puasa. While I've always had a lot of love for papaya, over the last year it's become more and more of a daily thing.
Bahan Membuat Pepaya Lime squash
- 700 gr/setengah Buah pepaya.
- 1 buah jeruk nipis/lemon.
- 1 sdm gulapasir/bisa ditambah kalau suka manis.
- Sejumput garam.
- 100 ml air mineral.
Langkah Memasak Pepaya Lime squash
- Kupas kulit buah pepaya,lalu potong dadu.
- Peras jeruk nipis / lemon ambil airnya.
- Campurkan 100ml air,gula ke dalam perasan air jeruk nipis,, aduk sampai rata.
- Masukan potongan buah pepaya kedalam wadah lalu campurkan semua bahan tadi.. Taraaa... Inii beneran enak lhoo...
- Masukan kedalam kulkas.. Kalo dingin lebih sedaaapp....
