Bahan Membuat Marble Butter Cake

- 10 kuning telur.
- 350 gr butter.
- 180 gr gula halus.
- 250 gr tepung terigu.
- 30 gr susu bubuk.
- 1 sdt vanilla extract.

- 5 putih telur.
- 60 gr gula pasir.
Langkah Memasak Marble Butter Cake
- Mix gula halus dan butter selama 10 menit atau sampai pucat mengembang. Tambahkan vanilla extract.
- Masukkan kuning telur satu, lalu tepung dan susu yang sdh diayak. Mix dgn level kecepatan terendah sebentar. Lanjutkan aduk dengan spatula.
- Diwadah lain, mix bahan B sampai berbusa dan kaku.
- Campurkan bahan A dan B, aduk rata. Lalu bagi adonan menjadi 2 bagian.
- Satu wadah adonan sy tambahkan 1 sdm pasta greentea, aduk rata.
- Adonan yg lain sy tambahkan 1 sdm pasta coklat.
- Tuang selang seling ke dalam pan, lakukan sampai adonan habis.
- Hentakkan pan agar tidak ada udara yg terperangkap dalam adonan.
- Panggang dlm oven yg sebelumnya sdh dipanaskan. Gunakan suhu 175°C selama 40 menit atau sampai matang. Lakukan tes tusuk..
