Bahan Membuat 1. Neapolitan Marble Cake #KamisManis
- 250 gr gula halus (me : gula castor).
- 330 gr butter.
- 8 kuning telur.
- 200 gr terigu rendah pro.
- 3 sdm susu bubuk fullcream.
- 7 putih telur.
- 1 sdm air jeruk nipis.
- Sejumput garam.
- 1 sdt vanilla essence.
- 🍰Untuk pattern/motif :.
- Secukupnya toffieco pasta coklat dan strawberry.

- Siapkan bahan yg diperlukan..
- Mixer gula dan butter sampai mengembang, fluffy dan ringan..
- Masukkan kuning telur satu per satu, jangan sekaligus. Masukkan vanilla essence..
- Ayak terigu dan susu bubuk, lalu masukkan ke adonan kuning telur, bs sambil dimixer dengan speed rendah atau aduk dengan spatula hingga tercampur rata. Sisihkan.
- Sementara itu kocok putih telur dengan 1 sdm air jeruk nipis dan sejumput garam. Sampai soft peak saja yaa, bila mixer diangkat adonan akan terkulai spt paruh burung..
- Campur putih kocok ke dalam adonan kuning telur, bagi dalam 3 tahap, aduk balik dengan spatula hingga tercampur rata..
- Ambil 1/3 adonan, lalu bagi 2. Yg satu campur dengan pasta coklat, yg lain campur dengan pasta strawberry..
- Tuang ke dalam loyang yg sudah dioles carlo secara selang seling, bebas ajaa... sampai adonan habis. Lalu dengan menggunakan sumpit atau garpu buat motif marble di adonannya..
- Panggang dlm oven yg sebelumnya sudah dipanaskan dgn suhu 170 dercel selama 40-45 menit. (Tergantung oven masing").
