Pandanggo is a Philippine folk dance which has become popular in the rural areas of the Philippines.  The dance evolved from Fandango, a Spanish folk dance, which arrived in the Philippines during the Hispanic period.  The dance is accompanied by castanets. 
Bahan Membuat Pandango (Mitarashi Panda Dango)
- 10 sdm tepung ketan.
 - 4 sdm gula pasir.
 - secukupnya Air.
 - Aair untuk merebus.
 - Pewarna makanan hitam / black cocoa powder (saya hijau dan pink).
 
Langkah Memasak Pandango (Mitarashi Panda Dango)
- Campur gula dan tepung ketan. Lalu masukan air sedikit demi edikit sampai bisa dipulung..
 - Ambil sedikit adonan, warnai dengan warna yang disukai. Saya pakai pink dan hijau karena nggak punya pewarna hitam..
 - Bentuk panda atau binatang favorit atau bentuk lain..
 - Didihkan air. Masukan dango, rebus sampai mengapung..
 - Lalu masukan kedalam mangkuk berisi air..
 - Tusuk-tusuk. Hidangkan..
 
Mitarashi Dango is one of the many very traditional Japanese Mochi sweets. Small round Mochi balls are skewered on bamboo sticks and covered with a gooey sweet and salty brown sauce.
