Bahan Membuat Spicy Chicken Wings
- 6-7 sayap ayam.
- 2 sdm minyak goreng.
- Bumbu rendaman.
- 1,5 sdm saus tiram.
- 1,5 sdm saus sambal (aku pake jap jempol).
- 2 sdm madu.
- 1 sdm saus barbeque.
- 1 sdm kecap manis.
- 3 butir bawang putih halus.
- 1 sdt kaldu jamur.
- 1/2 sdt merica.
- sedikit Kalo kurang asin tambahin aja garam.
Langkah Memasak Spicy Chicken Wings
- Potong sayap jd 3 bagian, buang ujung sayap, cuci bersih.
- Marinasi sayap dng bumbu rendaman. Aduk rata.
- Diamkan di suhu ruang minimal 2-3 jam atau minimal 8 jam d lemari es agar bumbu meresap sempurna.
- Setelah di marinasi tambahkan minyak goreng aduk rata.
- Siapkan wire baking rack dan alasnya (pake alumunium foil aja) lalu letakan sayap ayam d atasnya.
- Panggang d oven suhu 220 selama 10 menit.
- Lalu oleskan saus rendaman dan panggang kembali di suhu 180 derajat selama 10 menit.
- Jika ayam sudah berwarna coklat keemasan angkat dan sajikan :).
