Bahan Membuat Carrot Cake with Cream cheese Frosting🥕🥕🥕
- 150 gr butter.
- 50 gr gula pasir halus.
- 75 gr gula palem.
- 3 btr telur.
- 175 gr terigu segitiga.
- 1 sdm baking powder.
- 1 sdt baking soda.
- 1 sdt bumbu spekuk.
- 200 gr wortel parut.
- 100 gr kismis (me: cranberry).
Langkah Memasak Carrot Cake with Cream cheese Frosting🥕🥕🥕
- Kocok butter & gula sampai butter mengembang & memucat warnanya,tambahkan telur satu per satu.Mixer lagi sampai rata.
- Masukkan tepung,baking soda,baking powder,& bumbu spekuk,mixer dgn speed paling rendah sampai rata.
- Masukkan wortel & kismis,aduk rata,tuangkan dlm loyang yg sdh dialasi kertas baking (me:dia 18cm).
- Panggang sampai matang (175° 50 menit).
- Cream cheese frosting: Kocok 60 gr butter + 150gr cream cheese + 150gr gula halus sampai + 1/2 sdt parutan kulit lemon sampai rata.
- Utk hiasannya aku buat dari fondant yg dibentuk seperti wortel😁.
