- 1/2 sdt bp.
- 1/2 kaleng air soda tawar.

- Saus tartar.
- 2 sdm mayo.
- 1 sdm bawang bombay dadu.
- 1/2 butir telur rebus.
- 1/2 sdt air lemon.
- 1/2 sdt skm.
- secukupnya Garam dan merica.
Langkah Memasak Fish and Chips Gurame
- Marinasi ikan dengan air perasan jeruk nipis, garam dan merica. Diamkan minimal 30 menit.
- Gulingkan ke bahan kering.
- Lalu masukkan ke bahan basah dan goreng hingga kecoklatan.
- Sajikan dengan saus tartar dan kentang goreng serta mixed vegetables.
