- 15 buah cabai kecil.
- 1 Sdm cukai makan.
- 2 Sdm garam.
- 4 Sdm gula putih.
- secukupnya Lada putih.
- secukupnya Air.

- Cuci sayap ayam sampai bersih masukkan kulkas biar dingin,, (biar krispi waktu di goreng).
- Campurkan tepung krispi serbaguna kemudian goreng hingga kecoklatan,, tiriskan.
- Potong dadu kentang,, kemudian kukus kurang lebih 5 menit (jangan lama" nanti terlalu empuk).
- Untuk bahan saos,, iris tipis"bawang bombay,, chop" bawang putih,, dan halus kan cabai kecil,, campur seluruh bahan,,tumis hingga harum.
- Setelah tulisan harum,, masukkan saos tomat,, tambahkan cukai makan,, garam,, gula,, dan lada,, beri setengah gelas air.
- Aduk terus saos hingga meletup letup,, kemudian angkat.
