I love the unique dark brown, caramelised colour of the rice! It's a simple recipe, you won't need to hunt down any unusual ingredients, and it's one of my favourite Indonesian foods. Nasi goreng pattaya is Malaysian fried rice wrapped inside an egg omelette.
Bahan Membuat Curry Fried Rice (nasi goreng kari)
- 2 piring nasi putih (dimasukkan kulkas sebentar).
- 150 gram daging kambing.
- 1 sdm bumbu kari india.
- 1 sdt baput bubuk.
- 1 sdt jinten bubuk.
- 1 sdt bumbu ngohiong bubuk.
- 1 sdt gula palm.
- 1/2 sdt lada hitam bubuk.
- 1/2 sdt merica bubuk.
- 1 sdt boncabe.
- secukupnya Garam dan kaldu bubuk.
- secukupnya Kecap manis.
- 1 siung baput.
- 3 siung bw merah.
Langkah Memasak Curry Fried Rice (nasi goreng kari)
- Presto daging kambing dengan campuran baput bubuk, 1/2 sdt jinten, 1/2 sdt bumbu ngohiong (krg lbh 1/2 jam lalu iris tipis).
- Haluskan duo bawang kemudian tumis sampai harum.
- Tambahkan bubuk kari, 1/2 sdt jinten, 1/2 sdt ngohiong dan bumbu lainnya..
- Beri sedikit air sampai mengental lalu masukan daging kambing yg sudah diiris.
- Masukan nasi dan kecap manis, masak sampai nasi mengering.
- Nb : sajikan dengan telur ceplok dan frozen vegetables agar lebih sehat dan nikmat ^^.
