Bahan Membuat Chasiu Ba’
- 1/2 kilo daging babi (pilih bagian kapsim).
- 3 sendok makan bbq sauce lee kum ke.
- 1 sendok makan saus tiram.
- 1/2 sendok makan kecap asin.
- 1/2 sendok makan saus raja rasa.
- 1 sendok teh minyak wijen.
- Seujung sendok lada.
- 3 siung bawang putih haluskan.
- 1 sendok makan angkak, rendam, haluskan.
Langkah Memasak Chasiu Ba’
- Cuci bersih daging, tiriskan..
- Campur semua bahan menjadi satu, masukkan daging lumuri sampai rata. Masukkan ke kulkas diamkan semalaman atau minimal 4 jam (agar meresap).
- Panggang daging dalam oven dengan suhu 180 derajat kurang lebih 30-40menit sambil sesekali dicek. Sampai matang..
- Keluarkan daging. Panggang sebentar di teflon dengan sisa saus agar lebih basah dan juicy. Angkat potong-potong. Sajikan 👍🏻.
