- 500 gr Daging babi.
- 3 sdm Charsiu sauce (me pk leekumkee).
- 1 sdm Minyak wijen.
- 1 sdt Angkak haluskan.
- 2 bh Bawangputih.
- 1 ruas Jahe.
- 3 sdm Gula pasir.
- 3 sdm Madu.
- 5 tetes Pewarna merah tua.
- 1 sdm Bumbu Ngohiong (me pk merk Koepoe2).
- 1 sdt Angciu / Arak.
- 2 sdt Kaldu Jamur.

- Rendam semlman daging dengan semua bumbu.
- Panggang di oven selama 40menit.
- Lalu panggang lagi diatas teflon sambil siram2 bumbu + madu.
