- 1/2 kg daging babi (kapsim).
- Bumbu Marinasi:.
- 3 sdm BBQ sauce Lee Kum Kee (charsiu).
- 2 sachet Madurasa original.
- 1 sdm gula putih.
- 1 sdm mirin.
- 1 sdm soy sauce.
- 2 sdm minyak wijen.
- 2 bawang putih.

- Daging dicui bersih lalu di potong bagi 3-4 memanjang..atur sesuai selera ketebalan nya. Jangan terlalu tebal agar bumbu menyerap sempurna.
- Blender semua bumbu marinasi. Lalu rendam daging dgn bumbu dalam wadah tupperware. Diamkan dikulkas selama 1 hari (saya 2 hari dan daging meresap sempurna 👍🏼).
- Panggang bisa di oven atau di teflon seperti saya..jgn lupa dioles2 setiap sisi daging dengan charsiu sauce nya. (Dagingnya saya potong menjadi 2 bagian karena panjang teflon nya ga muat 😂).
- Hidangkan dengan nasi panas 👍🏼.
