Bahan Membuat Popcorn caramel ala XXI
- 250 gr jagung kering.
- 10 sdm gula pasir.
- 100 ml air.
- 2 sdm margarin.
- 3 sdm SKM putih.
Langkah Memasak Popcorn caramel ala XXI
- Siapkan bahan.
- Panaskan teflon lalu lelehkan 1 sdm margarin.
- Masukan jagung kering lalu tutup.
- Biarkan tertutup sampai suara letupan berhenti, lalu pindahkan ke wadah.
- Lelehkan 1sdm margarin, lalu masukan gula dan air, biarkan sampai gula larut.
- Setelah larut tambahkan SKM, Aduk sampai mengental.
- Aduk sampai berubah warna.
- Masukan popcorn, aduk sampai caramel menempel rata.
- Pindahkan ke wadah. Setelah dingin, pisahkan satu persatu.
