Bahan Membuat Pumpkin Bread * Roti Sobek * π
- 110 gr Labu Kuning.
 - 200 gr Tepung Cakra.
 - 2 Kuning Telur.
 - 80 ml Air Hangat.
 - 50 gr Gula Pasir.
 - 40 gr Mentega / Margarin.
 - 1 sdt Ragi Instan.
 
Langkah Memasak Pumpkin Bread * Roti Sobek * π
- Siapkan mangkuk kecil yg berisi Ragi dan sedikit Gula, lalu masukkan air hangat aduk sampai rata dan tggu 3 mnit sampai ragi aktif.
 - Ditempat lain campur Tepung, Gula, Labu, Kuning Telur uleni sampai rata lalu masukan seduhan ragi tadi uleni lagi sampai kalis.
 - Setelah itu masukkan mentega dan uleni lagi sampai bener2 kalis.
 - Tutup adonan kurleb 1 jam * saya 2 jam agar adonan mengembang sempurnah. Sesudah itu bagi adonan mnjadi 50gr dan di isi Coklat, susun diloyang dan diamkan lagi 20 menit.
 - Lalu Oven disuhu 160Β° selama 20 menit atau Sesuaikan oven masing2.
