Bahan Membuat Fried Apple Pie
- Bahan Isi :.
- 100 gr apel malang (saya pake 2 buah apel fuji).
- 100 ml air.
- 2 cm kayu manis batangan (saya skip).
- 3 sdm gula pasir.
- 2 sdt kayu manis bubuk.
- 2 sdm tepung maizena.
- Sejumput garam.
- Air + jeruk nipis secukupnya utk merendam apel.
- Bahan Kulit :.
- 400 gr tepung terigu.
- 1 sdt garam.
- 150 gr margarin.
- 50 ml air.
- Tepung terigu secukupnya utk taburan.
- Air secukupnya utk mengoles pie.
- Minyak secukupnya utk menggoreng.
Langkah Memasak Fried Apple Pie
- Utk bahan isian, didihkan air dalam panci dg api kecil sampai mendidih.
- Kupas apel, cuci bersih, potong kotak sesuai selera, rendam dalam campuran air dan jeruk nipis.
- Setelah air mendidih masukkan apel.
- Bila apel sudah setengah matang, masukkan kayu manis bubuk dan gula pasir, aduk rata.
- Larutkan maizena dg air dan garam, aduk rata, masukkan ke dalam adonan apel.
- Aduk rata, matikan api, sisihkan.
- Untuk adonan kulit, campurkan tepung terigu, garam dan margarin.
- Aduk rata sampai berbentuk remah-remah, perciki air sedikit demi sedikit.
- Aduk adonan hingga tercamlur rata dan kalis seperti ini.
- Bentuk bulatan, taruh dalam wadah yang ditutup plastik, simpan di kulkas selama 15 menit.
- Keluarkan adonan dari kulkas, gilas adonan diatas telenan yang sudah ditaburi tepung.
- Iris adonan, bentuk segi empat.
- Beri isian diatas lembaran kulit (jangan terlalu banyak agar tidak meluber keluar).
- Olesi pinggiran kulut dg sedikit air, lalu lipat dua seperti gambar, tekan pinggirnya dg garpu.
- Lakukan hingga adonan kulut habis, sisihkan.
- Goreng ke dalam minyak yg sudah panas dg api kecil, hingga kuning kecoklatan.
- Angkat, sajikan.
