Langkah Memasak Chi Chi Dango
- Sangrai tepung beras ketan sekitar 5-7 menit dengan api kecil agar rasa ketan tidak begitu menyengat. Bagi rata tepung ke dalam 3 wadah.
- Campurkan santan, gula dan susu kental manis. Aduk rata. Lalu tuang ke masing2 wadah (sekitar 50 ml per wadah)..
- Masukan perisa makanan ke masing2 wadah dan aduk sampai rata.
- Panaskan sauce pan anti lengket, tuang adonan satu bagian. Masak dengan api kecil, terus aduk adonan sampai agak padat/bisa dibentuk selama 5 menit..
- Taruh adonan ke tepung maizena. Bentuk setebal 2 cm dan balur seluruh permukaan adonan. Diamkan selama 5-8 menit dan potong kotak/persegi panjang. Lakukan kembali dari step 4 untuk sisa adonan.
- Chi Chi Dango siap disajikan sebagai camilan dan ditemani teh tawar hangat ✨.
