- Bahan A.
- 4 btr Telur.
- 5 sdm munjung Gula pasir.
- 5 sdm munjung Gula merah.
- 1 sdt ovalet.
- Bahan B.
- 10 sdm Tep terigu protein sedang full.
- 1 sachet Susu bubuk.
- 2 sdm Tepung maizena.
- Vanilie.
- Baking powder.
- 1/2 sdt Bubuk kayu manis.
- 1 sdt Bubuk spekuk.
- Bahan C.
- 100 gr Margarin (cairkan).
- Secukupnya Kismis (toping).
- secukupnya Keju (toping) atau sesuai topingnya.
Langkah Memasak Cake rempah
- Mixer semua bahan A hingga mengembang (gula merahnya di serut halus, biar mudah larut pas di mixer) selama 7 mnt dgn kecepatan tinggi.
- Ayak bahan B, lalu campur sedikit demi sedikit ke bahan A yg telah di mixer..lalu mixer kembali selama 1 mnt dgn kecepatan rendah..
- Kemudian masukin bahan C, margarin cair, aduk rata dgn menggunakan whisk.
- Langkah terakhir tuang ke loyang yg sebelumnya telah di olesi margarin n di taburin sdkt tepung..agar tidak lengket di saat mengeluarkan kuenya...
- Hentakkan adonan di loyang 3x...
- Kemudian taburkan toping nya..siap di oven, selama 30 dgn suhu 180°c. Sesuaikan menurut oven masing2....
