Langkah Memasak Carrot Cake
- Kocok semua bahan jadi satu kecuali wortel dan kismis sampai lembut merata dan mengembang..
- Kemudian masukkan wortel dan kismis.aduk merata saja menggunakan spatula..
- Panaskan oven 180 derajat..
- Tuang adonan yang sudah tercampur rata kedalam loyang yang sudah dibaluri margarin dan tepung.panggang selama 25 menit atau sampai matang sesuai oven masing2.bs tes kematangan menggunakan tes tusuk..
- Tiriskan sampai cake dingin..
- Buat cream cheese frosting dengan cara kocok butter dan cream cheese sampai merata.masukkan gula halus sedikit demi sedikit sampai halus lalu tambahkan parutan kulit jeruk..
- Oles carrot cake yg sudah dingin dengan cream cheese frosting.hias sesuai selera..
