Fans of burgers will find a lot.  Lay each patty on the Bottom bun, followed by pickle, lettuce, and tomato. (Onion is optional- not really required for a chicken burger).  Press down gently with Top Bun. 
Bahan Membuat Chicken Patty Burger
- 300 gr daging ayam tanpa tulang.
 - 1 btr telur.
 - 1/2 bawang bombay cincang halus.
 - 1 batang bawang pre iris halus.
 - 2 siung bawang putih haluskan.
 - 1 sdm tapioka.
 - 2 sdm tepung panir.
 - 50 gr mayones.
 - 1 sdt merica bubuk.
 - 1 1/4 sdt garam.
 - 1 sdt kaldu bubuk.
 - 1/2 sdm gula pasir.
 - Pelapis :.
 - 50 gr tepung terigu cairkan dengan 100 ml air.
 - 100 gr tepung panir.
 
Langkah Memasak Chicken Patty Burger
- Kocok lepas telur kemudian tambahkan tapioka,tepung panir,maizena, mayonese,gula,garam,merica bubuk,bawang putih,kaldu bubuk aduk hingga rata.
 - Kemudian campur semua bahan aduk hingga rata.
 - Tuang dalam loyang yang sudah dioles margarin (bunggkus menggunakan alumunium foil bentuk seperti lontong)kumus selama 30 menit hingga matang.
 - Setelah dingin potong,,lalu celupkan kebahan pelapis gulingkan diatas tepung panir.
 - Chicken Patty siap digunakan,/ bisa juga di simpan untuk Frozen food.
