- 190 g tepung terigu.
- 50 g susu bubuk dancow putih.
- 10 g tepung maizena.
- 10 g coklat bubuk.
- 1/2 sdt baking powder.
- 3/4 sdt soda kue.

- 190 g gula pasir halus.

- 100 ml minyak goreng.
- 250 ml susu full cream UHT.
- 2 sdt perasan lemon.
- 1 sdt pasta vanila.
- 1 sdt kopi hitam nescafe (dilarutkan 2 sdm air panas).
- 1 sdt pewarna merah.
- Bahan whipped cream.
- 100 g es batu.
- 3 sdm susu kental manis.
- 5 sdm gula pasir halus.
- 27 g dancow (1 sachet).
- 1 sdm SP.
Langkah Memasak Dessert box red velvet
- Ayak tepung terigu, susu bubuk, maizena, coklat bubuk, baking powder, soda kue, garam, aduk rata. Tambahkan gula halus, aduk.
- Masukkan minyak, susu, lemon, pasta vanili, aduk rata.
- Campur no 2 ke no 1, aduk rata pelan2.
- Masukkan nescafe yg sudah dilarutkan, aduk rata. Masukkan pewarna merah, aduk rata.
- Masukkan ke dalam loyang yg sudah dioles mentega dan diberi kertas roti, hentakkan loyang agar gelembung udara keluar.
- Panggang di oven yg sudah dipanaskan suhu 150C 30menit api atas bawah (sesuaikan oven masing2).
- Potong sesuai wadah, lalu disusun dengan disela2 dg whipped cream.
- Atasnya ditaburi sisa roti/ coklat bubuk (sesuai selera).
