Bahan Membuat Donuts
- 100 gr tepung terigu protein tinggi *10 sdm*.
- 👆👆 merk Bogasari-Cakra Kembar.
- 30 gr tepung terigu protein sedang *3 sdm*.
- 👆👆 merk Bogasari-Segitiga Biru.
- 1 sdm susu bubuk.
- 1 buah kuning telur+susu cair UHT hingga beratnya 80 gr *80 ml*.
- 2 gr ragi *3/4 sdt* (merk Pakmaya).
- 25 gr gula halus *2.5 sdm*.
- 20 gr butter *2 sdm*.
- 1 gr himalayan rock salt/garam dapur.
Langkah Memasak Donuts
- Ayak : tepung terigu, susu bubuk, ragi, gula halus. Aduk rata..
- Masukkan sedikit demi sedikit larutan kuning telur+susu cair. Uleni sampe kalis 💪💪.
- Masukkan margarin & garam. Uleni kembali sampe benar2 kalis (elastis & tdk lengket di tangan)..
- Bagi adonan kecil2 kurang lebih 50 gr (kira2 jadi 7 pcs). Wrapping dg plastic wrap & diamkan selama 1 jam (profing 1x saja).
- Kempiskan adonan. Lubangi bagian tengah donat & goreng dg minyak agak byk & api kecil..
- Sajikan dg toping lelehan DCC, oreo, kacang, meses..
