Bahan Membuat Tartar Sauce
- 2 btr telur rebus.
- 1/2 buah bawang bombay.
- 3 sdt cuka apel / cuka beras / air lemon (sesuaikan dg kecutmya).
- 8 sdm mayonnaise.
- 1/2 sdt garam.
- 1/2 sdt lada hitam.
Langkah Memasak Tartar Sauce
- Siapkan bahan. Cincang bawang bombay hingga halus (kasar jg boleh). Microwave 15detik ato rendam bawang bombay selama 5 menit an untuk mengurangi rasa pedasnya..
