Teppanyaki (ιζΏηΌγ, teppan-yaki) is a post-World War II style of Japanese cuisine that uses an iron griddle to cook food. You can choose from a variety of seafood (prawns, oysters and scallops), meats (beef, fish and chicken) and vegetables. Bahan Membuat Chicken teppanyaki
- 200 gram ayam fillet, potong kotak2 kecil.
- Tauge.
- Wortel, potong kecil2.
- Minyak goreng bawang untuk olesan di teflon.
- Bumbu olesan ayam.
- 2 sdt saus tiram.
- 4 sdt kecap asin.
- 1 sdt minyak wijen.
- 1 sdt jahe bubuk.
- 2 sdt bawang putih bubuk.
- 1/2 sdt oregano.
- 1/2 sdt garam.
- Perasan lemon.
- Bumbu untuk menumis sayuran.
- 1 sdt minyak goreng bawang.
- 2 sdm bawang putih cincang.
- 1 sdm saus tiram.
Langkah Memasak Chicken teppanyaki
- Cuci dan rebus sebentar sayur2, kemudian setelah matang siram dengan air dingin agar proses pemasakannya tidak berlanjut.
- Tumis sebentar sayur2an dengan minyak bawang, bawang putih cincang, dan saus tiram.
- Campur jadi 1 bahan olesan ayam, bumbui ayam dan diamkan kurang lebih 20 menit.
- Siapkan teflon, oles teflon dengan minyak goreng bawang dan api kecil.
- Masak ayam sambil dibolak balik sampai matang dan agak sedikit gosong.
- Angkat dan tata di piring..sajikan daging ayam dan sayuran dengan saus teriyaki.. resep saus teriyaki dapat dilihat di profil saya.
