Bahan Membuat Rabokki (Ramen Tteokbokki)
- 10-15 buah gr garaetteok (uda potongan ya).
- 3 buah bakso ikan (belah 2).
- 3 buah bakso udang (belah 2).
- 2 buah fish cake (potong serong).
- 2 buah sosis (potong serong).
- 3 batang daun bawang (potong serong).
- 1/2 buah bombay (potong dadu).
- 2 siung bawang putih (cincang kasar).
- 600 ml air.
- 1 lembar kelp/rumput laut.
- 1 buah mie instan.
- Keju mozarella.
- Saos merah :.
- 2 sdm gochujang.
- 1 sdm gochugaru.
- 1 sdt dashi/kaldu ikan.
- 1 sdm gula pasir.
- 1 sdt kecap asin.
Langkah Memasak Rabokki (Ramen Tteokbokki)
- Rebus air, masukkan bawang putih, kelp dan bombay..
- Campur bahan saos jadi satu, masukkan ke dalam rebusan air..
- Masukkan bakso ikan, udang, fish cake, sosis, garaetteok, daun bawang..
- Masak sampai air menyusut, tes rasa lalu masukkan mie, masak sampai mengental dan mie matang..
- Tambahkan mozarella, tunggu mozarella meleleh, angkat dan sajikan..
