Bahan Membuat Tomyum Soup
- 300 gr dada ayam fillet iris tipis.
- 10 ekor udang besar, di buang kepala dan kotorannya.
- sesuai selera Bakso beli jadi di supermarket.
- paling cocok, bakso ikan, bakso salmon, bakso ayam.
- 10 buah cabe rawit merah, iris tipis.
- 2 atau 3 lembar Salam, remas2.
- 1 batang Sereh, geprek.
- 3 cm lengkuas geprek.
- 5 lbr kecil daun jeruk.
- 3 lbr besar.
- bawang putih iris halus.
- 1 buah tomat iris tipis.
- 1/2 buah Jeruk lemon, peras.
- 3 sdm Gula atau diabetasol 3 sachet.
- Bumbu tomyum merk lobo 1 sachet setengah.
- secukupnya Garam.
- Jamur enoki, atau shitakee segar.
- secukupnya Sayur pecay/sawi putih.
Langkah Memasak Tomyum Soup
- Tumis udang dan dada ayam sampai matang, angkat sisihkan.
- Tumis bawang putih, lengkuas, sereh salam, daun jeruk, cabe rawit merah, tomat sampai wangi dan layu, kemudian masukan daging ayam dan udang.
- Tambahkan air sesuai selera, tambahkan garam, gula, bumbu tomyum, air lemon, cicipi sampai pas menurut selera.
- Jika sudah panas, masukan jamur dan sawi putih, tunggu sampai mendidih dan sayur agak layu kemudian angkat.
- Paling pas, dinikmati dengan sambal bawang merk Sambado.
