Bahan Membuat Popcorn Caramel
- 1 genggam jagung pipil kering.
- 3 sdm mentega / margarin.
- 1 buah gula merah, sisir halus.
- 3 sdm gula halus.
- 1 sdm susu kental manis (SKM) vanilla.
- 1/4 sdt garam.
Langkah Memasak Popcorn Caramel
- Lelehkan mentega di atas teflon kemudian masukkan jagung pipil. aduk rata sebentar lalu tutup dan goyang goyangkan teflon di atas api supaya jagung tidak gosong.
- Jika jagung sudah meletup seluruhnya, matikan api dan buka teflon.
- Panaskan 1 sdm margarin, kemudian masukkan gula merah halus, SKM dan garam. aduk rata san tunggu hingga larut dan mulai berkaramel (keluar buih buih dan mengental).
- Matikan api, kemudian tuang karamel ke atas popcorn. aduk rata dengan cepat agar popcorn tidak menggumpal, aduk terus hingga semua karamel tercampur rata.
- Popcorn caramel siap disajikan.
