- 250 gr terigu kunci biru.
- 4 sdm blueband.

- 1 sdt gula pasir.
- 1/4 sdt garam.
- 11 sdm air biasa.
- 350 gr Apel malang/apel hijau iris2.
- 5 sdm gula pasir.
- 1 sdm blueband.
- 1/2 sdt kayu manis bubuk.

Langkah Memasak Fried Apple Pie
- Pertama siapkan isianya dulu, caranya masak gula pasir & blueband sampai menjadi karamel/meleleh, lalu masukan apel,kayu manis bubuk & air jeruk nipis,aduk2 & masak sampai cairan menyusut, angkat & diamkan sampai dingin.
- Selanjutnya bikin kulit: campur terigu,gula & gram, lalu panaskan blueband & minyak sayur, lalu tuang ke campuran terigu,aduk dengan sendok kayu sampai ber'bulir2, tambahkan air, uleni sampai kalis, diamkan 15 menit, kemudian gilas tipis 1 mm & dipotong 12X10 cm.
- Beri isi di tengahnya.
- Olesi pinggirnya dengan air, Lalu di tekuk/lipat & tekan pinggirnya dengan garpu.
- Lalu goreng sampai matang, angkat & tiriskan.
