
Bahan Membuat Garang Asem
- It's 1 kg of ayam potong.
 - You need 6 of blimbing wuluh.
 - It's 2 of tomat merah.
 - You need 2 of tomat hijau.
 - You need 10 of cabe merah rawit.
 - You need of Daun pisanh.
 - It's of Bumbu.
 - Prepare 10 siung of bawang merah.
 - Prepare 10 siung of bawang putih.
 - You need 1 sdt of mrica.
 - Prepare 1 sdt of ketumbar.
 - You need 1/2 siung of bawang bombay (di iris).
 - You need of Penyedap.
 - It's of Garam.
 - It's 10 of cabe keriting merah (diiris).
 - It's of Salam.
 - You need of Lengkuas.
 - Prepare of Sere.
 - It's of Daun jeruk.
 
Langkah Memasak Garang Asem
- Haluskan bawang merah bawang putih ketumbar mrica garam.
 - Iris tomat blimbing wuluh cabe merah keriting.
 - Tumis bumbu yg dihaluskan dan bawang bombay sampai harum masukkan irisan cabe merah kriting salam daun jeruk lengkuas sere.
 - Masukkan ayam dan air.
 - Setelah ayam berubah warna masukkan tomat blimbing wuluh cabe rawit tunggu sampai mendidih lalu angkat.
 - Bungkus dengan daun pisang.
 - Kukus +- 30 menit.
