- 2 sdm kecap.
- 1/4 buah bawang bombai.

- Bahan Pelengkap.
- 1 buah kentang.
- 1 buah wortel ukuran kecil.
- 2 buah kacang panjang.
Langkah Memasak Chicken Steak
- Marinasi ayam dengan parutan bawang putih, lada dan garam. Diamkan 15 menit.
- Sambil menunggu ayam, siapkan bahan pelengkap. Rebus buncis dan wortel yang sudah dipotong-potong (rebusnya sebentar aja, jangan lupa tambahkan sedikit garam saat merebus).
- Goreng kentang.
- Lumuri ayam dengan adonan basah. Kemudian masukan ke adonan kering. Ulangi tahap ini sekali lagi (dua kali di lumuri adonan basah dan kering).
- Goreng di minyak panas sampai matang.
- Untuk membuat saus, tumis bawang bombai. Kemudian masukan saos bolognese, kecap dan saos sambal. Tambahkan lada dan penyedap rasa.
- Sajikan steak ayam dengan sayuran pelengkap dan saus. Selamat mencoba π».
It is breaded and fried with a technique similar to the more common fried chicken, hence "chicken fried." Chicken-fried steak was one of my mother's specialties and this approximates her "recipe." The gravy is absolutely awesome and is just like you might find at a good family restaurant! I did add a couple of teaspoons of chicken bouillon which made the gravy taste a little fuller. The buttermilk didn't seem to appreciably effect the flavor though. Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces that are generally the same size. Bring a large pot of water to a simmer and add the potatoes.
