Tonkatsu sauce, AKA Chicken Katsu sauce is a Japanese-style barbecue sauce. You can easily make this sauce yourself with ingredients that you probably already have on hand - ketchup, Worcestershire Sauce, soy sauce, and a little bit of freshly minced garlic or even garlic powder. Katsu sauce or Tonkatsu sauce is basically Japanese-style BBQ sauce for fried meats.

- Chicken Katsu:.
- 1 kg ayam fillet.
- 10 Bawang putih, dihaluskan.
- Secukupnya Lada bubuk, garam.
- Secukupnya Tepung Terigu.
- Secukupnya Tepung roti.
- Pelapis 1: 5 sdm tepung terigu.
- Pencelup: 2 butir telor.
- Pelapis 2: 8 sdm tepung roti.
- Saus BBQ:.
- 1 siung Bawang bombay.
- 5 siung Bawang putih, geprek & cincang.
- 8 Cabe rawit, dihaluskan.
- 250 gr Saus BBQ Delmonte.
- 2 sachet saori Saus tiram.
- 1 sdm saos sambal.
- 1 sdt tepung maizena.
- Secukupnya kecap manis, Kecap asin, Lada, garam, gula pasir, kaldu jamur, air.
Langkah Memasak Chicken Katsu with BBQ Sauce
- Potong fillet ayam tipis2 kemudian campurkan bumbu, masukkan kulkas min 30 menit.
- Tumis bawang bombay, cabe rawit dan bawang putih hingga harum. Masukkan saos sambal, saos tiram, kecap asin, kecap manis, gula, garam, lada, kaldu jamur dan tambahkan secukupnya air & tepung maizena yg sudah dilarutkan dgn air. Koreksi rasa dan sajikan..
