- 🍫3rd Layer WHIPPED CREAM.
- 500 gr Whipped Cream cair dingin.

- 🍫4th Layer CHOCOLATE GANACHE.
- BAHAN A :.
- 75 gr gula pasir.
- 20 gr unsalted butter.
- 12,5 gr air.
- 150 gr Whipped cream cair dingin.

- 250 gr Whipped Cream cair dingin.
- 🍫5 th Layer : DRIED BROWNIES.
- Trimming brownies dipotong kecil2 panggang kering👉hancurkan.
Langkah Memasak CHOCOLATE GANACHE DESSERT BOX🍫
- 1st Layer : PUDING.
- Masukkan semua bahan 1 dlm panci 👉aduk rata, nyalakan api👉masak sambil terus diaduk pakai api kecil sampai mendidih, matikan api👉tuang ke wadah verrine setinggi +/_ 1 cm.
- 2nd Layer :BROWNIES.
- 1.Aduk Butter, Margarine, gula suhu ruang mixer kec rendah sampai halus. 2.Masukkan telur 1 persatu dan vanilla 3.Masukkan tepung dan cocoa powder (ayak) 4. Tuang ke loyang 28×28 cm sy 2 bh loyang 10×30 cm (tinggi 1 cm an)..beri olesan mentega BAWAHNYA SAJA lalu beri baking paper.
- 5.Bake 15 - 20 menit suhu 150 ⁰ api bawah sampai matang. 6.Keluarkan dr Oven👉Balik. lepas baking papernya..👉Potong kotak ses yg diinginkan.7.Trimming sedikit potongan sisa brownies bake sampai kering...(buat topping taburan...item no 11).
- 8.Susun brownies yg sdh dipotong diatas puding.
- 3st layer WHIPPED CREAM : Kocok whipped cream cair DINGIN sampai kaku 👉masukkan ke pipping bag👉semprotkan memutar dr pinggir ke tengah diatas brownies👉 ratakan dgn sendok.
- 4th Layer : CHOCOLATE GANACHE.
- 1.Masukkan semua bahan A kedlm panci👉masak sampai tercampur rata👉dinginkan 2.kocok Whipped Cream (B)sampai kaku 3.Campur bhn A + B 👉Masukkan Pipping bag..
- 4.Semprotkan Ganache diatas Whipping cream dinginkan di kulkas.
- 5th Layer : DRIED BROWNIES/BROWNIES CRUMBLE..sisa2 brownies ambil sebagian di TRIMMING.. brownies potong kotak2 kecil lalu dibake suhu 150°C sampai kering(jadinya spt oreo crumble)👉 hancurkan..tabur sedikit diatas layer ganache yg sdh didinginkan..beri Garnish..(sy..mint + Choco ball).
- Sajikan dingin...enakkk bangettt inii.....pocan dulu📷📷📷🥰.
