- Campur tepung terigu,gula pasir dan garam.tambahkan margarin,aduk sambil diremas2..
- Tambahkan bahan biang dan water roux,aduk sampai tdk lengket di wadah.pindahkan ke meja yg dilumuri tepung,olesi tangan dg tepung.uleni krg lbh 15 mnt..
- Taruh dlm wadah,olesi minyak goreng.tutup dg plastik.biarkan mengembang krg lbh satu jam..
- Pipihkan di loyang yg diolesi margarin ,beri topping sesuai selera.biarkan 15 mnt.oven sampai matang( tergantung oven masing2). Note: kalau tdk mau terlalu tebal,bisa utk 2 loyang uk 20 cm..
