- Dgn olive oil, tumis semua bahan kecuali tomat dan bombai-garlic, smp stg matang (kecuali terong, baiknya matang). Tumisnya per bahan, terpisah ya, jgn dijadikan satu..
- Tumis bawang putih n bombai smp harum, masukkan tomat dan bumbu2, masak 5 menit..
- Masukkan zucchini, aduk +-5 menit. Kmdn masukkan paprika, terong, herbs, dan air kaldu, gula 1sdt, garam n lada. Aduk rata sebentar. Sdh jadi deh..
