Bahan Membuat Chicken Teppanyaki
- 1/2 bagian dada ayam difillet, potong dadu atau kecil2.
- Saus Teriyaki.
- 3 sdm kecap asin.
- 2 sdm kecap manis.
- 2 sdm air.
- 1 sdm gula pasir.
- 1 sdm minyak wijen.
- 1 sdt jahe parut.
- Sayuran Tumis.
- 1 ikat pokcoy.
- 1 buah wortel, potong korek api.
- 1 genggam toge.
- Bahan lain.
- 2 siung bawang putih, cincang.
- 1/2 buah bawang bombay kecil.
- 2 sdm margarin untuk menumis.
- secukupnya Garam dan merica bubuk.
Langkah Memasak Chicken Teppanyaki
- Marinasi ayam dengan bumbu teriyaki, diamkan 30menit (saya semalaman). Siangi sayuran.
- Panaskan margarin lalu tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay sampai harum. Masukkan ayam yg sudah dimarinasi. Tambahkan garam dan merica. Test rasa. Angkat.
- Panaskan margarin, masukkan bawang putih, kemudian masukkan wortel. Tumis sebentar lalu masukkan pokcoy terakhir toge. Beri garam dan merica bubuk. Test rasa. Angkat.
- Sajikan ayam teriyaki dgn sayuran.
