Bahan Membuat Gulai Ayam Padang
- 5 potong ayam bagian dada.
- 1 kotak kara uk. kecil.
- 1 btg serai keprak.
- 2 lbr daun jeruk.
- 1 lbr daun kunyit.
- 2 lbr daun salam.
- 1 sdm bumbu cap kambing.

- 7 bh bawang merah.
- 3 bh bawang putih.
- secukupnya cabe keriting.
- 1 ruas jahe.
- 1 sdt kunyit bubuk.
Langkah Memasak Gulai Ayam Padang
- Tumis bumbu halus dg sedikit minyak sampai harum lalu masukkan ayam dan bumbu cemplung lainnya. aduk2. tuangi air secukupnya.
- Masukkan garam.masak sampai air menyusut dan tuangkan santan. masak sampai ayam meresap. siap disajikan.
- Kalo suka masakan yg berminyak, sebaiknya pke santan semua. jgn pke air lagi ya. trus minyak buat menumis bumbu dibanyakin..
