- Lelehkan mentega. Biarkan dingin dalam suhu ruang..

- Lalu masukan terigu, maizena, vanili secara perlahan; mixer sampai putih mengembang dan kaku..
- Matikan mixer. Masukkan mentega dan aduk dengan spatula sampai rata..
- Masukkan kedalam loyang ukuran 24×24×4..
- Panggang dengan suhu 200C° dan waktu kurang lebih 20 menit..
- Setelah dingin bolu dibagi menjadi 3 bagian. Oleskan dengan selai kacang, tumpuk dengan bolu lain dan isi lagi dengan selai coklat; tumpuk lagi..
- Potong kue mengikuti ukuran box..
- Sekarang kita buat ganache; cairkan DCC dan campur dengan SKM. Lalu tuang diatas cake..
- Beri topping kacang dan gula pasir..
