The following recipe is my own interpretation, as I find I like less sugar than the amount the more authentic recipes call for. You don't need the most expensive steak for this either, because the marinade does a wonderful job of tenderising and mellowing meat. Stir the cornstarch, broth, soy sauce, brown sugar and garlic powder in a small bowl until the mixture is smooth.
Bahan Membuat Beef Teriyaki
- 250 gram daging sapi.
- 2 buah bawang bombai ukuran kecil.
- Bahan Marinasi.
- 1 sdm minyan wijen.
- 1 sdm saos tiram.
- 1 sdm madu.
- 1 sdm kecap asin.
- 2 sdm kecap manis.
- 1/2 sdt merica bubuk.
- 3 siung bawang putih, haluskan.
- 1 ruas jahe, haluskan.
Langkah Memasak Beef Teriyaki
- Iris Dan Potong memanjang daging, Lalu cuci bersih.
- Campurkan semua bahan marinasi, lalu lumurkan pada daging. Diamkan selama 2jam.
- Masak hingga daging empuk..
- Tambahkan bawang bombay.koreksi rasa....
Beef teriyaki is Japanese cuisine that very popular in Indonesia. But here beef teriyaki isn't usually cooked for daily meals.
