Bahan Membuat Carrot Cake Palem Sugar with creamcheese Frosting..
- 150 gr butter/margarine.
- 3 butir telur.
- 50 gr gula pasir halus.
- 75 gr gula palem.
- 175 gr tepung terigu kunci/segitiga.
- 1 sdm baking powder.
- 1 sdt baking soda.
- 1 sdt bumbu spekoek (aku pake bubuk kayu manis, coz gak punya spekoek).
- 200 gr wortel impor (diparut pake parutan keju).
- 150 gr kismis.
- Bahan Frosting:.
- 60 gr butter.
- 150 gr creamcheese.
- 300 gr gula halus.
- 2 sdm parutan kulit lemon.
Langkah Memasak Carrot Cake Palem Sugar with creamcheese Frosting..
- Kocok semua bahan cake, kecuali wortel & kismis, sampai mengembang, kemudian masukkan wortel & kismis aduk rata dgn spatula....
- Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang yg sudah dioles margarin,.
- Panaskan oven sampai 180°, panggang kue kurleb 25 menit...setelah matang angkat dinginkan..
- Cara buat frosting creamcheese: Kocok butter & creamcheese sampai halus, kemudian masukkan gula halus sedikit2 sampai mengembang dan tercampur rata, masukkan parutan kulit jeruk lemon...siap digunakan.... Hias kue sesuai selera...aku pake hiasan frosting creamcheese ditambah pewarna orange & hijau....masukkan piping bag...semprotkan menyerupai wortel, warna ijo nya buat tangkai nya...taraaaaa.....enaaaakkk dehh...
