- Campur bahan cair trs di tim biar mencair.
 - Mixer bahan adonan Dengan speed tinggi,sampai kental berjejak.
 - Campur adonan tadi dengan bahan kering Mixer dengan kecepatan rendah,terus Tambah dengan bahan cair,cukup aduk pake spatula sampe rata.
 - Terus kukus dalam dandang yang sudah dipanakan sebelumnya.taruh di loyang sesuai selera,kukus selama 30mnt.jangan lupa kasih serbet di tutup pancinya biar tidak netes airnya.
 - Masak bahan selai jadi satu,sampe matang dan kental.
 - Campur & Mixer bahan bater cream.kasih warna jg boleh sesuai selera.
 - Terakhir hias kue....aku bikin 2 resep.tak jadikan 2 kue trs tak tumpuk tengahnya kasih selai,trs luarnya hias pake bater cream.
