German Marble Cake brings back fond childhood memories for my daughters, as their Grandma Gertie always made Marble Cake for them. Whenever Grandma Gertie knew that company was coming over, she would have her marble cake ready to serve. It was a simple yellow and chocolate swirled cake.
Bahan Membuat Marmer cake / marbel cake dengan rempah spekuk
- 8 butir kuning telur.
- 7 butir putih telur.
- 250 gr gula halus.
- 330 gr mentega.
- 200 gr terigu.
- 25 gr susu bubuk.
- 2 sdm coklat bubuk.
- 1/2 sdm bumbu spekuk (optional).
Langkah Memasak Marmer cake / marbel cake dengan rempah spekuk
- Olesi loyang 24cm dengan mentega dan taburi tepung.
- Campur dan ayak tepung dan susu bubuk. Sisihkan.
- Kocok mentega dan gula dengan mixer hinga putih dan kembang, kurleb 10menit.
- Tiap 1 menit masukkan kuning telur 1 biji sambil dikocok hingga kuning telur habis. Matikan mixer.
- Masukkan tepung ke adonan butter secara bertahap, aduk balik dengan spatula hingga rata.
- Kocok putih telur. Campur putel ke adonan dalam 3 sesi. Aduk rata dengan spatula.
- Sisihkan sepertiga adonan. Tambahkan coklat bubuk dan bumbu spekuk. Aduk rata.
- Siapkan loyang. Masukkan adonan kuning bergantian dgn adonan coklat. Buat motif marmer menggunakan lidi, sambil di putar2.
- Oven dengan suhu 180 derjat hingga matang. Sesuaikan oven masing2.
- Potong setelah kue set ๐๐๐.
