Bahan Membuat Burger dengan patty homemade
- 4 buah roti burger.
- 1/4 daging ayam cincang.
- 1/2 sdt garam.
- 1/2 sdt merica.
- 1 sdt bubuk bawang putih.
- 1/2 sdt bubuk cabai.
- 1/4 sdt kaldu jamur.
- 1/4 sdt lada hitam.
- 2 butir telur.
- 1 batang bawang prai.
- bila suka Daun selada, tomat, dan timun.
- Mayonaise, saus sambal dan abon.
- Secukupnya mentega untuk menumis.
Langkah Memasak Burger dengan patty homemade
- Bumbui ayam cincang dengan garam, merica, bubuk cabai, bubuk bawang putih, lada hitam dan kaldu jamur. Aduk sampai merata.
- Setelah itu bentuk bulatan dan sedikit pipih ayam cincang yg sudah di bumbui (seperti patty untuk burger pada umum nya).
- Masak patty dengan sedikit mentega, jgn lupa di balik2, sampai matang kedalam.
- Kocok telur,beri sedikit garam dan potongan bawang prai, lalu goreng dengan sedikit mentega.
- Lalu panaskan roti dengan sedikit mentega.
- Setelah semua bahan selesai, lalu susun burger sesuai selera.
