There's no chia seed texture, just a classic creamy mousse consistency that you'll love! @mitha : I havent tried chocolate mousse but choc pudding and choco mousse are different esp in the texture. Most eggless version of puddings have cornflour/custard powder while mouse has cream and chocolate as its main ingredients. Chocolate mousse is on to my try list since long so expect it.
