Langkah Memasak Dessert box + ganache recipe
- Campurkan susu uht, gula, air dan keju, lalu masak di atas rebusan air. Setelah agak mendidih campur larutan maizena sedikit2, aduk terus sampai air rebusan mendidih, dan ganache mengental. Dinginkan 1 menit.
- Susun terlebih dahulu remahan biskuit, lalu cheese ganache ratakan.
- Setelah itu buat chocolate ganache, campur susu uht, gula, garam, air, dan coklat. Lalu panaskan di atas rebusan air sambil diaduk, setelah agak mendidih masukkan maizena sedikit2. Aduk terus hingga air rebusan mendidih. Diamkan 1 menit.
- Susun lagi remahan biskuit diatas cheese ganache tadi, lalu susun dengan chocolate ganache.
- Beri toping parutan keju, dan remahan biskuit oreo yg telah dihaluskan, dinginkan di kulkas lebih nikmat.
