Really tasty Spicy Tartar Sauce, if you don't like spice leave out the Jalapenos. We LOVED them, so much favor. Tartar sauce really added to them.

- 100 gr Udang.
- 20 gr Selada.
- Garam.
- Merica.
- Sauce Tartar :.
- 50 ml Mayonaise.
- 10 gr capers.
- 10 gr Gherkin.
- 10 gr Chop onion.
- 1 pcs Putih telur rebus chop.
- Bahan Marinated :.
- 50 ml sauce bangkok / chilli sauce.
- 3 gr Coriander leaf (daun ketumbar).
Langkah Memasak Spicy Grill Prawn with Tartar sauce
- Belah Punggung udang lalu buang kotorannya dan cuci bersih,.
- Bahan Marinated : blend sauce bangkok / chilli sauce bersama coriander leaf.
- Lalu marinated dengan sauce bangkok / chilli sauce setelah merata lalu grill / panggang udang sampai matang.
- Tartar Sauce : campur semua bahan (mayonaise, capers, gherkin, onion, egg) aduk sampai rata (bisa juga saucenya di ganti hanya dengan mayonaise saja sesuai selera).
- Lalu hias gelas, masukkan tartar sauce dengan menggunakan paving bag sebagai dasar, lalu masukkan selada dan terakhir udang yang telah di grill tadi..
- Untuk topping bisa juga di tambahkan keju parmesan, keju parut, sebagai bahan pelengkap.
