Bahan Membuat Babi panggang
- 1 kg babi chapsim.
- 16 butir bawang merah.
- 10 butir bawang putih.
- 4 sdm kecap asin.
- 3 sdm kecap manis.
- 2 sdt merica bubuk.
- 2 sdt ketumbar.
- Jeruk nipis.
- Mentega utk memanggang.
Langkah Memasak Babi panggang
- Cuci bersih daging lalu perasi dan lumuri dengan jeruk nipis.
- Haluskan bumbu,campur rata semua bumbu.
- Masukkan daging yg sudah dibersihkan kedalam bumbu tadi.
- Lalu diamkan (aq masukkan kulkas sehari semalam).
- Bakar dalam teflon sambil diolesi mentega sampai matang dibolak balik.
- Utk sambal bisa diliat di resep2 terdahulu.
